We are a research group formed by faculty members, postdoctoral researchers, PhD students, and visitors of the Department of Statistics, London School of Economics and Political Science. We share research interests in modern psychometrics that involve statistical theory and methods for analysing multivariate data, computational algorithms for statistical inference and prediction, and their applications in social and behavioural sciences, such as educational testing, psychological measurement, political science, sociology, marketing, and biomedical science.
We are a lively research group that is actively looking to engage with new research projects and recruit PhD students who have a strong quantitative background and are interested in our topics and expertise (check our PhD website for more details). We are also interested in interdisciplinary collaborations and applying for grants. Feel free to get in touch with us.
